FAQ & how it works

Pick a card and amount, then pay in USDC on Base. With a browser/mobile wallet you connect it and approve one transfer; on pay-to-address networks (when offered) you send from any wallet or exchange to the address shown and paste the transaction ID. Always send the exact amount shown — it identifies your order.

Most orders deliver within a minute of the payment confirming on-chain. Your order page updates automatically — no need to refresh — and shows a live status. You can also have the code sent to you in Telegram or by email.

No. There are no accounts and no KYC. Your order link is your receipt and the only way back to your code, so save it. You can also connect the wallet you paid from to find your past orders.

Send only the exact amount, in the exact token, on the exact network shown. A different amount won't auto-verify. Funds sent as a different token, or on a network we don't support, generally can't be recovered — always double-check before sending. If you sent the right token to the right address but it isn't verifying, contact support with your transaction ID.

Gift cards are region-locked. Every card and order clearly states the country it's redeemable in (e.g. "redeemable on the India store only"). Buy the region that matches the store you'll redeem on.

Once a gift card code has been revealed to you it can't be refunded — a revealed code is like cash. If an order is paid but we can't deliver a code, we refund it in full to the address you paid from. On-chain payments are irreversible, so please double-check every detail before paying.

Open "My orders" on the device you bought from, or connect the wallet you paid from to look up your orders. If you linked Telegram or added an email on the order page, your code was also sent there. Otherwise contact support with your payment transaction ID.

We hold no funds and run no accounts. Payments go straight to the merchant wallet on a public blockchain. We never publish which buyer bought what, and codes are shown only to the order's holder.
